Reflection On The Concept Of Sannong Problem(Agricultural,Rural And Peasants'Problem) Of Modern China

Sannong Problem (Agricultural, rural and peasants' problem)is a serious topic in Modern China, and this is not only because it is a shocking problem in China, but also a result of a series of realistic problems in social history ,which became a hard nut in this century .However our basic state of the nation is that we are a big country with Sannong, which comes to a decision that Sannong Problem is an importantly realistic problem to solve immediately without hesitate. Therefore, it is a hot problem that publics pay much attention to. For this, more and more experts on Sannong Problem begin to write something about it, discussing the way to solve the problem which is very beneficial to the problem. Our country leaders have established a series of policy measures to protect the benefits of peasants. As for an example, they set up the new measure of tax-free, which is historic breakthrough in agricultures with good starting point. But this does not mean that Sannong Problem have definitely been solved. Because it is the first step for us to realize and solve the problem, we still have the huge missions in thought and practice. I am not presumptuous, but still keep in mind of Sannong Problems .I am mainly concerning the original reasons, the essence and the way of solution of the problem. The first part: the reason that why Sannong Problem became the social focus problem. Any problem becomes hot focus problem that should contain two essential terms: prominent position with important influence. The reason why Sannong Problem become a heat topic is that the problem has influenced the development of the whole social economics and have hold back to push forward the industrialization. First we can generalize in a specific way as following: peasants are now the biggest but the weakest minority community in China,now that they have no way to take part in politics, and to claim their own rights, what they can do is to keep silence and obey to the leaders. Even they suffer from the poor condition of physical life, sometimes they lack the necessities to live on. In the aspects of education, they don't have any chance to get educated, for lack of related resource, such as financial supports, teachers and necessary teaching appliance. Agriculture is the biggest but weakest industry, its number of employees is the most, and it spreads over many place of our country, covering many of the cities and the villages .But its way of operation fall extremely behind which make it a weakest industry, having no power to struggle against the natural disaster; The village is a typical desolate place. Compared with the city, it is very poor, lack of civilization. The next , the peasants in our country lie in a key position: first, the peasants are the soul and spirit of our country, they take on the history of honors and failures. In a broad senses, our ancestors are engaged in farming, fishing and hunting. We have the history of 5000 years,4000 years of which our agricultures list in the first place of the world, which constitute the main civilization of China, and became the longest agricultural civilization in the world history,the perfect development appearance and the most glorious model and achievement with miracle. Without agriculture, China will lose its basic essence and particular content. Second, Agricultures are the key factor of the future about China. The poor situation of the peasants leads to the recession of the current economics and the slowness of full development. Without the agriculture, the modernization of China is impossible. The second part: About the substance and source of Sannong Problems. The substance of Sannong Problems is that our peasants became poorer and poorer and they have been put in the edge of society. Its original reason is the inequality between cities and villages and the results of a serials of wrong ideas.
