In virtue of complex adaptive system theory (CAS), defining the rules set that builds strategies and making credit assignment, we acquire evolutionary and dynamic game model.The decision support of complex Adaptive Systems is a new research branch which decision will depend on more creativeness, intuition, renovation. The theory of Complex Adaptive Systems is just the renovation theory which satisfies these demands.On the enterprise's compete practice, combining the porter compete strategy theory ,the paper expresses the two basic compete strategies which are difference strategy and low cost strategy as two basic rules, which are two micro subjects in the theory of Complex Adaptive Systems . Credit assignment the classifier system based on the two basic rules, we can acquire two enterprise evolutionary and dynamic game model.Applying synergetics theory, the paper studies also some problems in the investment decision and reaches the conclusion that if enterprise wants to develop fully,it must increases the investment of science and technology.
