| This thesis according to gathering and collating data has described the history and present conditions of manufacturing technical standards in our country's and new requirements for a new situation, and has researched on the management systems and operating mechanisms of manufacturing technical standards in the developed countries and has found out the quantities, distribution and difference of the standards in them. It has analyzed main questions of our manufacturing technical standard systems under new situations, and has put forward guiding ideology, main goal, basic principles, major task and system frame for us to establish our country's new manufacturing technical standard systems. It has offered some measures, suggestions, plans and step for our manufacturing technical standard systems.
