Leadership morality have been concerned with in recent years, and psychologists in China have now been becoming interested in this field as well. On the basis of reviewing former descriptions and researches, and by the way of Investigation, Interview, Questionnaire Survey, and according to our national conditions, the purposes of research are to investigate the structure of the Party and Governmental Cadres' leadership morality, the relationships among leadership morality and job burnout, organizational citizenship behavior, turnover intention, self-efficacy, performance. For these purposes, some standard research methods, such as regression analysis, correlation analysis, exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis are employed. The conclusions drawn by this study are as follows: First, exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis indicate that this Questionnaire have a good internal consistency, and construct validity and criterion-related validity as well. Second, results revealed that the structure of the leadership morality includes five dimensions: honesty, service, autonomy, dedication, tolerance. Third, by using the ways of regression analysis, we find that leadership morality do well to the predictive effects of job burnout, organizational citizenship behavior, self-efficacy, performance. But leadership morality does not good to the predictive effects of turnover intention.
