Automation Of Vehicle Management And Cost Supervision In Large Transportation Enterprise

The 21st century is information era. And informationization is a common decision of the world to develop economy. The Transportation Corporation of Shengli Oil Field is a large enterprise in our country. Only if it builds up an information database and connect every part of it with Internet, can it win in the violent competition.In this paper, the operation process of the transportation department, theory of the relation database, computational model of intranet are studied and the mathematic model of the cost of single vehicle and the vehicle-dispatching model are provided. The system information database is built up and the controlling and monitoring system of the cost of single vehicle is developed. This system can collect, handle and statistically process in real-time the data of cost of single vehicle and generate decision to control the cost. Depending on the unique production feature of the transportation department, the system is optimized in following aspects:(1) Use B/S and C/S computing model at the same time.(2) M ostdata com puting and processing are fulfilled by the server' s store and trigger procedure to reach the system real-time response, the data completeness and conformity.(3) Efficiency of the operation interface. Most data are entered automatically, so that the system is more reliable and accurate.
