Environment Analysis Of Strategic Management And Its Practical Application In Changcheng Special Steel

Today, because of integrated economics and wide challenging in the whole world, the survival situation for any enterprise is much more complex and uncertainly, every enterprise should pay much attention to further more benefit prior to nowadays little benefit. strategy management is an important development for enterprise, strategy management could supply deep analyzing tool,design development frame, and solve strict problems existed in management.Environment problems are very urgent to be satisfactorily settled in the 21 centuries. The environment matters would not only affect enterprise going into market in many aspects as products, serving, and engineering, but also influence challenging capacity of enterprises; furthermore affect sustaining development and survival of enterprises. According to current situation, the effect of macro-economics, tendency of steel industry, policy on development of Changcheng Special Steel have been analyzes by using basic theory of strategy management, and the development chance of Changcheng Steel has also be brought out. At the same time, the unavoidable problems of environment pollution and protection are mentioned according with environment polices and social responsibility of an enterprise. It is urgent and necessary that Changcheng Special Steel should speed up treatment of environment pollution. The EAF offgas treatment of No. 4 steelmaking workshop was chosen as study object in this paper. For the rule of offgas from EAF and the characters of dust, a possible layout of offgas treatment is proposed. When the design is implemented, many benefits would be obtained for economic, local environment, social function and further development of Changcheng Special Steel. The analysis carried out in this paper indicated that environment has become one of the development strategies of an enterprise. Properly overcoming and solving environment problems could help enterprise to establish challenging predominance effectively, strengthen challenging power, improve challenging position, and get the chance of sustaining development.
