Research On The Application Of International Standard Management System In The Hydropower Plant

This dissertation has studied the thinking, mode and method's application of the quality management system (ISO9001) , environment management system (ISO14001) , occupational health and safety management system (OHSAS18001)etc.in Hydropower Plant.The dissertation has simply introduced the background and function of the international standard management system, and illuminated the necessity that the international standard management system is applied in hydropower plant. It studies the content characteristic and basic principle of the quality management system, environment management system, occupational health and safety management system etc.. With the practice of our country's hydropower plant, it brings forward the model of international standard management system is based on the quality, environment, occupational health and safety three-standard integrated management system of flowing management. Basic on principle and requirement of the quality management system, environment management system, occupational health and safety management system, mainly lined with production and management flowing, it introduces BPR flowing management theory. It authorizes management handbooks and procedure files with the self- characteristic in hydropower plant. It brings forward five basic principles method and step to establish three-standard integrated management system, with files and records to complete management system. It applies PDCA circulation principles, and uses estimation fashions of interior auditing exterior auditing supervise auditing management appraise etc. to check-up three-standard integrated management system.With the application practice process in Gezhouba hydropower plant, we prove the feasibility and validity to establish three-standard integrated management system in hydropower plant. We afford theory and practical warranty to establish international management system.
