| The thesis mainly probes into the relationship of market malfunction, government regulations and government malfunction, on the basis of which, it analyses the phenomenon of market malfunction of Sichuan province' tourist industry. The root cause of market malfunction lays on the malfunction of the regulations of the tourism market controlling by the government. Therefore, to promote the growth of Sichuan province' tourist industry, we should first solve the malfunction of government regulations. The paper uses game theory to analyse the act of tourist guide and scenic area manager and applies the theory and model of multi-levered authorize to analyse the best action choice of the local government, central government and scenic area manager, finding that the asymmetric information, the deduction percentage and the degree of supervision and punishment are the essential factors which restrict the inner management of government. Consequently, exerting great effort to do the following four things is the way to settle the problem existing in the tourist market. Firstly, we should make up for malfunction of government regulations of the tourism. Only has this problem been solved can we resolve the recent market malfunction. After analyzing the important factors that effect the development of market and basing on the matter of fact and experience, the article bring forward some resolution strategy, hoping to put forward fine proposals to the development of Sichuan province' tourist industry and meanwhile offers use of reference to the western area tourist industry and to the government regulations of the native tourist industry development. |
