The Study On The Countermeasures Against Finance Crisis In Our Country Under Financial Globalization

Tendency of financial globalization is unavoidable. Along with our country involving in financial globalization, we share the tremendous benefit of it At the same time, we are confronted with more financial risk that comes from inside and international., which increases the probability of occurring finance crisis in our country. Through analyzing the basic theory of finance crisis and the courses of finance crisis in less developed countries under financial globalization, this paper attempts to study financial risk that our country faces during China's economy going globally jn order to take measures to maintain finance stabilization and to keep away finance crisis.This paper has four parts. Part one talks about the definition, forms, mechanism and characters of finance crisis. Part two analyzes the influence of financial globalization and the relations between financial globalization and finance crisis. It also discusses how finance crisis has came into being in less developed countries since 1980' s to get lessons and some experience to cope with our financial problems. Part three combines the practice in our country, and unveils the main risk that our country faces in the financial globalization progress by demonstration analytical method. The main risk includes tremendous bad assets in finance institution, the system of fixed-peg exchange arrangement, unreasonable economic structure, imperfect supervising etc. Part four discusses the countermeasures for our country to keep away finance crisis under financial globalization, aiming at the problem existingin our finance field, such as enhancing ability of banking to keep away risk, boosting the innovation of exchanging rate system, expediting the adjustment in economic structure, opening the capital item in proper sequence, consummating the system of finance supervising, reinforcing international finance cooperation, and advancing the innovation of international finance system.In a word, the main idea of this paper is that modem financial crisis has the characters such as fast contagion, universal affecting and high breakage etc. The first thing that we should do is to adopt relevant measures to keep away financial crisis because we are faced with much finance risk.
