China nation has been encountering severe existence crisis because of the fierce shock from the west since modern age,which thereby aroused the existence anxiety of china nation.Bearing heavy nationg's anxiety, Neisheng-Waiwang as a way of nation revitalization became a crucial modern academic subject.lt wad focused on the New-Waiwang from Neisheng proposition proposed by Modern-New-Confucianist. But, there are a good deal questions in the way of thinking of New-Waiwang from Neisheng.Forexample,one basic condition of the proposition --whethere that Neisheng-Waiwang itself ispossible--is still disputed.So this thesis mainly discusses the ground of Neisheng-Waiwang.As for the origin of history, Neisheng-Waiwang thought is not possessed only by Confucianist, also not not possessed only by Taoist,whose fountainhead should be traced to Zhou-wen orthodoxy of teachings,far inherit Huang, Yao.Shun and Yu. The thesis will start from this,and clean up the ground of Neisheng-Waiwang.As for the way to think, Neisheng-Waiwang is based on the idea of Tiandao and Disposition: Gentlman realizes Neisheng,and the realizes Waiwang,i.e. gentleman reforms ordinary people. That ordinary people are reformed is substantially they return their conscience, return Neisheng.So,Waiwang of gentleman is to make ordinary people back to Neisheng.Good-nature is the direct ground of Neisheng.Why nature is good?Because human nature is from Tiandao.Tiandao directly manifests.which is that nature is from Tian,and that human nature is Ren and K.This is Mingde.Mingde is Nature-mind which is that it is itsele and it is to become itself. Nature-mind also is the direct ground of Disposition,and Tiandao is the ultimate ground of Disposition because of it manifests as Nature-mind.Nature-mind is able to be covered up and be uncovered up by itself.Neisheng is that Nature-mind is covered up and made clear.Neisheng is to manifest nature given by Tian to one'sacts.Therefor practicing Ren and Yi is to return to Tiandao and is detached at that moment.Concrete analyses arefollowing.Dao is still in the sense of origin.The stillness of Dao is manifested as the stillness of nature.It is nature of Tian that human nature is still when one was born.Nature is impulsed to be mind by itself.Mind attaches work and generate feelings.lt is to be evile if mind indulge in work and is covered up by itself,which is that mind is covered up by work. It is to be good if mind is uncovered up by by itself and made to be clear,which is Neishegn.To be evile and to be good aren't usual evilness and goodness of ethics,but Mingde is made to be clear and covered up.Clearness is origin of Mingde.i.e, goodness.Coveredness is to deviate from the origin.i.e.evileness.Such explanation of Nature-goodness and Feeling-evileness can avoid to run into Mind-Thing dualism,and come through unification of Nature and Tiandao.According to Nature-mind,we know that all Neisheng, Waiwang in the sense of reforming and realizing morality in politics are no inevitability,but non-inevitable possibility.According to Nature-mind, we know it is absolute separation between character and power.This is the key point to comprehend the one of the problems of New-Waiwang from Neisheng,i.e,democracy generated from Neisheng.We also know Neisheng-Waiwang is not equal to politics,but is non-political politics.According to Nature-mind, we also know the theory of Conscience's negation of Mou-Zongsan can't be solved when it is brought up.because he deprives Nature-mind to Morality-mind,from which he tries to generate democracy and science.
