The Culture Development Of AVIC I

The First Group Corporation of China Aviation Industry(AVIC I) is an government-hold enterprise which is engaged in the development, manufacturing, sale and after-sales service of military plane, public plane, related equipments and other public products etc. After the establishment of AVIC I, it established a new strategy to fit the needs of the new period. At the same time, it developed the group corporate culture which pushed forward and guaranteed the execution of the strategy finally.This report looks back the theories of corporate culture and culture management in brief first. Secondly, it introduces the background and purpose of the culture development of AVIC I. Thirdly, it introduces and analyses the core contents of the group corporate culture and the principles, methods, the means of examination and some relations that should be disposed correctly in the practice of the culture. Finally, it gives a conclusion of the culture development of AVIC I concerned with the formation character, the fitness with the industry character and the strategy of the group corporation, puts forward some aspects that limit the culture development.
