Decision-making Of BOT Project Investment And Financing

Building top-ranking public infrastructures is the fundamental conditions to promote the economic and social sustainable development for China. However, public infrastructures need large amount of capital investment and long-term construction, therefore multi-resources shall be accumulated and a lot of coordination shall be made.During the coming ten years, not only to accelerate the construction of public infrastructures and solve the capital shortage during project construction, but also to improve the efficiency of public infrastructure and reduce the risk of government during the construction of large-scale public infrastructures, BOT has being widely used in construction of many infrastructures with long-term and stable incoming, such as power generation plant, road construction, water supply and waste water treatment plant, etc.The report, by decision making of investment and financing for DB waste water BOT project, is aimed to expatiate the process of BOT project and the main elements to be considered in analysis and decision-making, such as marketing environment, government policies, corporate strategy, corporate financial status, corporate-owned resources, project risk, and so on. The financial analysis is demonstrated for the DB waste water BOT project in the report.
