Study On Control Of Investment For Zhuao Water Plant Project

It is an important problem required rapidly to be solved for the legal representative of the water service engineering project in our country to study on the control of investment,reduce the cost of project,and increase investment benefits.The thesis more detail study and discuss the controlling of investment for Zhuao water plant project through analysis of engineering construction system and administration in our country,as well as actual condition in Zhuao water plant project. Main points as follows: In the first place,the theses studied and analyzed administration system ,status of investment water service engineering and investment system of water service engineering project construction in our country deeply pointed out the main questions in investment control of water service engineering project construction and also introduced general condition of Zhuao water plant project,so bring forward the purpose and contents of this thesis through detail analyzing problems in investment control of water service engineering project. Secondly,we study and explore how to control the investment for Zhuao water plant project in project stages,analyze and demonstrate the scale of the project construction,confirm reasonable investments and construction scale of the project. Promote activity of design units,choice the plan of optimize design and avoid increase on design by virtue of concept of limitation of design fee. We qualitatively compared the strengths and faults of the sites, quantitatively analyzed the overall cost and life-circle cost of the project, and finally chose a water works site convenient for not expensive construction. In this way, the investment in construction and the operation cost were much saved. Thirdly, we take some actual cases in the engineering,analyzing the investment control in the bidding stage. For the purpose of control investment on the project, bring forward competition system, choose excellent construction team and decrease cost of project by bidding system. Then we strengthen the contracts administration and plan scheme of capital use. Take good measure of quantity, price of project and pay for engineering. Deal with changing and claim of project properly. In the last,we appraise the investment control effect on whole Zhuao water plant project, summarize the results of study and put forwards some reasonable proposal.
