Choice Of Management Operating Mode And Analysis Of Trust Product Innovation In China's Trust Industry

With the re-registration of over 50 trust and investment companies in our country, the 5th liquidation and reform in China's trust industry is coming to the end. But how can the trust industry develop stably and healthily?The thesis aims to analyze the management operating mode and trust product innovation in China's trust industry. First, the thesis reviews the past five times of liquidation and reform in China's trust industry and study the reasons, which points out that lack of Management Operating Mode was one of the important reasons. Secondly, the thesis describes current status of the trust industry under the "one law and two regulations" in China, the new business scope, opportunities and challenges, the comparative environments the trust and investment companies face, which emphasizes that the Management Operating Mode should be critical. Thirdly, by comparative method, the thesis studies and analyzes the Management Operating Modes among the trust industry in several developed countries, including U.S.A., U.K., Japan and Germany. Meanwhile the thesis studies the existing status and characters of the four types of Management Operating Mode in our country, including traditional type, greatly regrouped type, group-inside type and financial controlling type. In the same part, the thesis presents a type of Management Operating Mode which is the financial controlling company, analyzing its system barrier, risks and countermeasure. Then the thesis describes briefly certain kinds of organizing structure of the financial controlling company in the form of the charts. Above on, the thesis put emphases on the trust product innovation, which analyzes several fields of demand of trust product and points out the great development prospect of trust industry. Lastly, the thesis points out that trust and investment companies should choose their own types of management operating mode according to their status and conditions and develop more products and provide more services in order to develop healthily.
