| As the theory and methodology of the modern business management, enterprise culture , which pursues people's all-round development in its practice, not only meets the need of the 21st enterprises' competition and the enterprises' requirement of the all-round developed people, but also meets people's desire for their own all-round development in the practice. This thesis does deal with it according to the idea above.The thesis has five chapters.Chapter one mainly deals with the importance and necessity of pursuing people's all-round development in the practice of enterprise culture by sorting out the clue of the development of the theory of business management.Chapter two illustrates the two basic categories. The illustrating of enterprise culture stresses the truth of practice , not the magnificence of theory. The illustrating of people's all-round development points out the content of the all-round development, and also stresses the idea that people's all-round development is a kind of ultimate ideal, which is the best goal people pursue in the practice of enterprise culture and which makes people fully developed as much as possible in enterprises.Chapter three deals with the people's all-round development in building up the outlook of value of enterprise. It is the core of the enterprise spirit culture which is the soul of the whole enterprise culture. This thesis puts out a new question about building up the outlook of value according to its developing and discusses its meanings, principles and paths.Chapter four deals with the pursuing of people's all-round development in bettering the enterprise inner conditions. Section one deals with the bettering of the enterprise material environment in favor of people's all-round development. Section two deals with the building up of enterprise's people's relationship in favor of people's all-round development. It begins with the analysis of the content of harmony and discusses the way of building up the harmonious relationship of people. Section three completely deals with the building of excellent development environment in four fields: strengthening the training and studying; encouraging creation and forgiving failure; complete rights given and self control; perfect pursuing and self realization.Chapter five mainly restates the intention and signification of the thesis. |
