Then banks can participate in the financial market of the house and carry on business innovation better. By investigating the realistic condition of our country pursuing the mortgage securitization, analysising the realistic feasibility and obstacle factors, the article suit the remedy to the case and propose that our country pursue the policy recommendations of the mortgage backed securitization.
