Our research is started on the status quo of High-technology Products export. Firstly, we analyze the condition of the China High-technology Products export on the distribution of countries, regions, enterprises and the mode of trade. On the basis of this analyze, the reasons of the status quo of High-technology Products export and the economic function of the China High-technology products export are analyzed qualitatively.After analyzing the status quo, we begin to study the effect factors of High-technology products export. At first, we used the Gravity model to analyze the effect factors of High-technology products export on the China 1998-2003 data. Based on these models, the potentialities of export of High-technology products were estimated. The results suggested that the export of High-technology products, compared to the comment trade, had its feature that the extensive of the costs that produced by the geographical condition to the export of High-technology products is lower than the costs that produced by the institutional environment. And then, we analyzed the succeed experience of High-technology products export of USA, Japan and India.The strategy of High-technology products export is further discussed after analyzing the status quo and principle of High-technology products export. At first, the strategy that made to promote High-technology products export in recent years are introduced. In encouraging High-technology products export, there are some strategies that should be paid attention to, and that is our last research.
