The Development Pattern Of Dynamic Comparative Advantage Of Export Of High Technology Products Of China

The export of high technology products is playing more important role in the economic development of China. From the foreign trade development of high technology products for ten more years, we can see that although the comparative advantage is more and more obvious, there are some defects in developing foreign trade of high technology products.The paper will focus on the change of dynamic comparative advantage and the development pattern of the export of high technology products of China. On the basis of theoretical and practical analysis of the change of comparative advantage of the export of high technology products of China, the paper comes the conclusion that the most important factor of development is foreign direct investment, especially multinational companies and gives analysis of the function mechanism. In the paper, the Redding model is used to explain the feasibility of transforming the comparative advantage of high technology industry of China .At the same time the paper puts forward some problems of the FDI development pattern and gives some suggestions to better the development of high technology industry of China and enhance the competition power of high technology products of China in international market.
