The relational marketing is a new concept emerged as the requirement of the development of the modern market economy and is also a new idea for the enterprise in the business management,, The character of medical appliance products determines that the providers and the clients should build strategic cooperation relationship, which is a kind of long lasting sustainable development. So it is vital for B company to apply relational marketing on its management. What' s more, it is meaningful because it can ensure the feel of satisfaction and improve the loyalty of the clients by managing the client relationship effectively and then realize the target of abstracting the clients, occupying a large portion of the market, defeating the rivals and ensure the company to develop stably for a long term. On the basis of the management situation and the development trend of this field, the successfully realization of relational marketing not only needs the guarantee of organization structure, stimulation system, inside management completely but also the prevention of the trap of the transition from business marketing to relational marketing, the analysis of the reasons of failure of relational marketing, and the monitoring the development situation of relational marketing so that the right development direction of relational marketing can be ensured.Presently, the ideology of relational marketing is emphasized more in the research of the relational marketing. Actually, during the periodof the transition of the enterprise from traditional business marketing to relational marketing, the ideology and the application should be guaranteed together. The exact application and how to ensure the successful exertion of relational marketing are the steering wheel and engine to make relational marketing successful, and both of them are indispensable. In the application of the theory of client loyalty, the new idea of contact point is to improve the loyalty of the clients. In order to realize the goal of resolving the practical problems of the enterprise, it is very important for a company to apply the theory of marketing security and the innovative theory of effectively execution on the research of relational marketing so that the maneuverability of relational marketing scheme can be ensured.
