The Study On Supporting System Of Urban Design Statute Guarantee System

The first chapter introduces the conception of Urban Design, lay emphasis on the objective relationship between Urban Design and law. The good development of Urban Design needs the law protection.The second chapter brings forward the conception of Urban Design statute guarantee system, and discuss the relationship between it and other three important factors, which are all the subsystems of the Urban Design function guarantee system. Then the article introduces the actuality of Chinese Urban Design lawmaking, and analyze the historic reasons, which brings on the law status of Urban Design inexplicit.The third chapter introduces the content , characteristics of systemic Urban Design statute guarantee system.The fourth chapter compares with China and America, bring forward advices to establishing the Chinese Urban Design statute guarantee system. And discusses the two points, which are the codification of technical methods , the technical improvement of statutes.
