Research On Social Innovation Design Based On Urban Community

With the rapid development of information communication and network technology,and the great changes of social relations and organizational structure,complex social problems such as aging population,chronic disease management,treatment of urban stray animals and so on are increasing day by day,and these social problems can not be solved by the traditional economic and social model in a top.down way.In this context,social innovation design that emphasizes a comprehensive "combination of up and down" approach to solving social problems is emerging as a powerful catalyst for change in the entire social development process.However,as a concept and method that is constantly evolving in design practice,Therefore,it is necessary to carefully and carefully consider some theoretical methods and practice cases of social innovation design Research and analysis,and put forward the theoretical methods of social innovation design in line with China's current situation to guide relevant practice.In modern urban management,the stray cat problem is a complex social problem that involves multiple stakeholders,organizational departments,and service models,and has always plagued caring rescuers,animal protection organizations,government organizations,and urban community managers.Applying the theoretical methods of social innovation design may provide a new perspective and path for solving this complex problem.This study explores a social innovation design method for solving daily social problems in urban communities in China,and applies this method path to carry out design practices for social problems in urban communities in China.First of all,a large number of domestic and foreign theoretical literature related to social innovation design and urban communities are systematically combed,the key principles of social innovation design and its internal relationship with the community are analyzed,and the core elements of community.oriented social innovation design and the general process of social innovation design are extracted accordingly;Then,select typical cases for verification and analysis,based on key elements,following the general design process,summed up the general path of social innovation based on Urban Communities;Then,the above research results are introduced into the social problems of stray cats in urban communities.Combined with the relevant tools and methods of service design,the paper analyzes the core stakeholders and resources,existing rescue behaviors and contacts,reorganizes and integrates various rescue resources from the perspective of social innovation design,and puts forward the social innovation design strategy of stray cats rescue management based on the construction of urban communities;Finally,a prototype of rescue management service is constructed,which is guided by social innovation design method,implemented by public organizations and applied in urban communities.In view of the current situation that there are few design practices facing urban communities in the field of social innovative design,and the methods and paths are not clear,this study will provide reference methods and cases for the research of social innovative design based on urban communities.
