This article explains the conception and main factors influencing the turnover of insurance agent, reviewing the research on the definition, effects and factors that influence the turnover of employees. It explains a real case in a local insurance corporation in China through phone interview and face to face interview in order to analysis the organizational factors that influence turnover of insurance agent and give suggestions for lowing the turnover and improving the management of insurance corporation.It uses the document study and case study and summarizes the existing findings on the effecting factors on turnover of employees including macro effecting factors, organizational effecting factors and micro effecting factors.The result of this article suggests that the factors mainly influencing the turnover of insurance agent in Chinese insurance companies are different compared with the existing study. There are eleven factors effects greatly: (1) industry type; (2) clientage; (3) corporation culture; (4) training; (5)performance appraisal; (6) income; (7)welfare; (8)promotion; (9) career development; (10) inner group; (11) other factors.
