The economic growth of past 24 years or so in Henan province is a very important history and it is the research object of the article. The article does some authentic analysis for the influence of human capital on economic growth. On base of reviewing the formation and development of economic growth theory and human capital theory. The article provides a econometric model which comes from the additional Cobb-Douglas production function including three factors. The style is ,and it analyzes the influence of endogenous technology progress up to human capital accumulation on economic growth. And the article gives the way of measuring three factors. After distinguishing the projects under construction and the projects completed and putting into use, and considering the use proportion of physical capital,the data of physical capital are achieved. According to the income of 11 poverty counties which are in low education and different location, the article gains the income of the representative labor. On the hypothesis of completely, the data of human capital are reached according to detecting the reward of representative labor from gross labor reward. Putting the data into econometric model, the article proves that the method of endogenous technology is infeasible, the relation of human captial and economic growth can be researched only by endogenous technology progress. According to the regresssing of "Eviews" software, the article draws a conclusion. The largest contribution belongs to physical labor, the second is human capital, and the physical capital lies in the end. But for a single person, his human capital has more contribution than his physical labor. So it is possible and available to increase the investment of human capital in order to realize the economic growth.
