| Customers are the core of enterprises. All enterprises are trying their best to satisfy the customers' distinct demand to win them. Analysing customers' demand is the key.This thesis discusses the use of Data Mining technology in customers' demand analysis from three aspects.Firstly, a method of customers' demand classification based on SOM is provided and an example is used to examplify the method, so that "one-to-one"marketing is used to satisfy customers' demand.Secondly, association rule is used to mine customers' purchase mode on the basis of customers' trade data. We can put the mode into cross selling.Thirdly, fuzzy time serial association rule is used to study the wave of customers' demand so that the enterprise can plan their goods supply to satisfy the customers' demand. |
