The responsibilities of the public security organs are to protect public safety and the safety of life and property of the masses,maintain public order,it plays a vital role in the maintenance of stability and prosperity in the social economy.The business scope of the public security organs is very extensive,which includes public security departments,criminal,traffic,social security and other aspects.In China,safety supervision of logistics and delivery channels is also completed by the Ministry of Public Security in conjunction with the State Administration for Industry and Commerce,the Ministry of Commerce,the Ministry of Transport,the State Post Bureau,the Ministry of Railways and other departments.The logistics regulation of delivery channels is a complex and systematic project,involving various areas of social logistics and transport companies,freight station(field),passenger stations,international freight forwarding companies and postal companies,courier companies,supplemented by strictly enforced inspection of goods receipt and other security management system,thus we can effectively strengthen the checking,screening,and controlling the various types of prohibited items,and dangerous goods.The construction of the logistics monitoring system can utilize social posting and delivery information to provide strong support to the public security department investigation investigators,and enhance the scale and the level of comprehensive utilization of delivery information resources.The logistics monitoring and analysis system of delivery channels,although the construction period lasted for many years,but there is still a great lack of application depth,mainly in the following areas:fragmentation of data and storage,with serious data silo phenomenon;inconsistent data standards and data formats;lack of in-depth data mining and analysis.In order to effectively address the above problems,we have launched a data mining method-based research project on the platform of the logistics monitoring and analysis system,the thesis is a summary of the research project,mainly including the following aspects:1.At first,it gives the architecture of the public security logistics monitoring and analysis system,and describes some of the key technologies in addition to the data mining algorithms,including data warehouse technology and web data acquisition and processing technology.The data warehouse platform is basic for data mining,and is the rendezvous of data collection,storage,analysis and processing.The web data acquisition and processing can help us effectively in Internet forums,to find clues left behind by criminals on the site,including false names,fake locations,fake phone numbers registered online,and so on.2.Logistics crime pattern mining with association rules.Based on our years of opration experiences in logistics regulation,we discover the characteristics of logistics crime patterns is significant,such as anonymity,dynamic phone number,ever-changing mailing address,consistent weight under thresholds,mid-night crime offence,cross-border crime offence,typical geographical characteristics,and so on.We study how to use the basic association rule mining algorithm,gradually exhumed logistics crime patterns,and in the process,be ready for the building of suspect libraries and blacklist transportation company libraries.3.Social network analysis for logistics criminal gangs.Logistics crime presents a gang form many times,the logtistics social network analysis method(Logistics Social Network Analysis,LSNA)mathematically formulates a mutual contact social network formed by all actors and transaction actions(including legal and illegal trade transactions),and it can easily achieve typical effective identification of criminal gangs.By applying the data mining techniques to logistics monitoring and analysis information system,the system will become a unified management platform with decision support as the core,the public safety system as the basis,with the sharing of information resources,and will improve the service levels,shorten inventory and delivery time,improve market rapid response speed,implement logistics monitoring visualization,products tracking and management,form the basis of inspection,screening and control of various types of prohibited goods,contraband items,dangerous goods,effectively identify suspects using data mining techniques,integrate all kinds of major logistics business data from various public safety information systems.
