Research On The Establishment Of The Validity Mechanism Of Ideological And Political Education

The mechanism of Ideological and Political Education (IPE) is a dynamic form and compound function, in which the essential factors confine, conform and coordinate to each other; it has such features as goal directedness, systematicness, regularity, dynamic and self-driven characteristics etc, and is of great significance in both theory and practice. Ever since the displine of IPE was established, it has been progressing considerably from scientific and valid angles, whereas the research on its mechanism is relatively weak. From the analysis of the ideas on mechanism in today's academic circles, there lie two drawbacks: firstly, the mechanism is established without precise essentials, reasonable system and the reflection of the features; secondly, the operation of the mechanism lacks harmony, uniform and coherence. Beginning with the scientific conception and features, with the reference of the thinking about acceleration research in mechanics, the research constructs the model of IPE mechanism, which put forward the principle, standpoint and approach to establishing mechanism, and on the base of which the major content (including managing mechanism, optimizing mechanism, infiltrating mechanism, ensuring mechanism and accessing mechanism etc.) has been promoted. In addition, theevaluating system of the IPE mechanism has been established, which includes the efficacy of elements, the efficiency of operation and the effect of outcome. Lastly, the research deals with further exploration of the above mechanisms and demonstrates them in such aspects as essence, necessity and practical operation.
