Enterprise Operation Performance Evaluation Model--A Research Based On Strategy

As the subsystem of the decision and management system, the enterprise operation performance evaluation system should develop with times and the renewing of the management system. This essay is an analysis under the background of new economy era with information economy as its major example, based on agency theory, with strategic management theory and contingency theory as its guidance. And then this essay builds a theory frame of the strategic enterprise operation performance evaluation system, defines the element of the evaluation system definitely, including evaluation subject, evaluation goal, evaluation object, evaluation criterion, evaluation index, and evaluation report. And the essay proposes that customizing the performance evaluation system must be with the management and decision as its goal. Then this paper deeply analyzes that how to make the performance evaluation system incarnate the strategic goal, and make the detailed quomodo and step to achieve the strategic goal. The last but not least, after analyzing the internal and external environments of the state owned enterprise, this paper draws a conclusion on how to bring the strategic performance evaluation system into effect.
