Investigation On Intellectual Property Education Of Local College In 21～(st) Century

21^st century is era of knowledge economy. In this age, relationships among the economy, college education and law about intellectual property are all based of knowledge product become apparently. And development of education about intellectual property is imperative under the situation, as the center of the knowledge economy, knowledge function of the college makes the college have the distinguished position in the education of intellectual property, and this makes the intellectual property have the crucial function in this era consequently. So, research on the intellectual property in our country's college has not only theoretic value but also the practical meaning.In this paper, form both the macroscopically and microcosmic view, we combine the theory and practice, consult domestic and overseas experience. And aiming at each part of the education of intellectual property in our country, based on the age background of 21st century, we also sum up situation of intellectual property education from lots of demonstrations; analyze the problems and their reasons of that situation, to put forward the countermeasure and do some helpful research on the college education of intellectual property in our country.
