With the quickening of the economic globalization process, the international market competition is becoming fiercer, the new trade protectionism taking anti-dumping as form , has already exerted a great influence on the world economy and trade. China, as the biggest developing country, with joining WTO formally, the scale of trade must be expanded, the trade strength must be improved, the anti-dumping situation that enterprises of our country face will be more and more severe too. So, which about how our country taking the positive counter-measure, dealing carefully with the anti-dumping dispute ,becomes the key problem of enterprise's tremendous development of our country.
