Irrigated area project item's investment is large, time limit is long, technique is complex , and frequently suffered the influence by hydrology, geology, atmosphere ect. a good many objective factors, moreover these factors have randomicity characteristics. China is a agriculture country , agriculture irrigation provide commissariat with world's 10% plantation to feed 22% population, our country's agriculture much more depend on irrigation in great part. Because the action of irrigation and continually devotion to irrigation, the action of irrigation area becames more and more important. Along with the development "of society economy and increasing of human watery activity ,when human's development is large, certainly want to gain huge output, in order to gain maximal economic benefit, namely must process economic estimation, it is the core contend of project suggestion script, feasibility research' phase and policy foundation to the decision-marker. When people gain the maximal economic benefit, to supported risk and result increase attention, still need put up risk estimation.Irrigation economic estimation involves project engineering . economics and risk manage ect. a good many knowledge, the discourse firstly analyse the action, importance and necessary of our country's irrigation and irrigated area, and then systemic expatiate the theory and content of irrigated area economic estimate, namely for irrigated area must put up civil economic estimate, finance estimate and incertitude analyse.
