Study On Theme Positioning Of Real Estate

Ten-year's real estate planning research shows the real estate theme planning has not been researched as a special target. The author looks the theme planning as the core of the program planning, and it has many difference from the market planning , design planning and sale planning, so it is necessary to research the theme positioning specially.The thesis study on real estate from four aspects: conception and function thought and guide theory.Chapter1 introduces the basic knowledge about theme positioning. It commences with the conception of the theme positioning and its problem, then introduces the author's theory on theme positioning conception. Especially, the author researches on the status and function of the theme positioning for the real estate planning.Chapter2 focuses on the structure model of real estate planning. There are three models: elements model , process model and application model.Chapter 3 researches on the thinking method of theme poisoning's. The form and the recourses of information is the emphasis.Chapter 4 focuses on the theme positioning idea. This chapter researches on the present theme positioning and its future direction.
