The Institutions Of Food Enterprises For Implementing GMP In Cixi City

Objective : This text find out main existing problems during GMP implementation, through investigating the institutions of food enterprises for implementing GMP in Cixi city.We analyse reasones and propose countermeasures and measures ,for GMP carried out well in food enterprises. Thus improving the security ,hygiene and quality of the food and ensuring people's health.Methods : Design " the questionnaire about the GMP implementation of the food produce and manage enterprises " .The investigators trained in unison carry on general survey to 15 beverage manufacturing enterprises , 16 cake manufacturing enterprises , 42 large-and-middle-scale food and drink enterprises in Cixi, collecting the census data and setting up the database . Finally, we carry on statistical analyses in the census data using SPSS for Windows 10. 0 software.Results: 1. The results of GMP implementation from cixi beverage , cake , food and drink enterprises in 2003 as follows : (l)Very project coincidence rate of GMP implementation in all three kinds of food trades is 60.8 ± 31.5(%);Very project coincidence rate for the beberage , cake, food and drink is 69.0±30.4 (%) 57.1 ± 37.1 (%) 55.3 + 31.1 (%) ,respectively.Compared for all kinds trades, F is 1.661 (P>0.05). There is no significance difference;As to pollution original state in factory , lavatory facility , air disinfect facility, ventilate facility, daylighting lighting facility , raw materials using , above projects implement coincidence rate are relatively high , the coincidence rate is between 81%-100%, the majority is close or up to 100%. it is low that those projectes as Raw materials asked for the card , employee's health training , employee's personal hygiene , employee's hygienic knowledge , system carried out, examination of products etc. The coincidence rate is between 0-69%, the majority is close or up to 0. (2) Compared with every link of GMP , F is 3.686 (P <0.05).There are differences to the coincidence rate of implementation. The coincidence rate is 77.56+24.79 (%), 66.10+18.67 (%) 71.19+18.40 (%) inhealth facilities , environmental sanitation,factory building and equipment, respectively. Their coincidence rates of implementation are relatively high . As to the management of the hygiene and testing, the coincidence rate is 25.60 ± 27.13 (%), 40.00 ± 46.43 (%) respectively, their coincidence rates of implementation are relatively low. (3)Every project performance in the link : Carry on variance analyses of every link to two factors with the project and trade . The results as follows : In environmental sanitation ,health facilities, raw material and hygiene system , F is 3.539 (P<0.05X 7.385 (P<0.05X 6.303 (P<0.05X 7.587 (P<0.05) respectively. Its every project has a significance difference. As to the sanitation in factory, the hygiene of the operation, change one's clothes and wash and subdue facilities, container tool equipment which keep a public place clean facilities to disinfect, raw materials asked for the card , employee's personal hygiene , system carried out, employee's hygienic knowledge ,the implement coincidence rate of above projects is relatively low in each affiliated link, it is 49.3± 11.0 (%), 48.7 ±13.6 (%), 40.4 ± 20.4 (%), 49.3 ± 28.7 (%), 23.3±40.4 (%), 18.0±23.1 (%), 8.3 ± 14.4 (%), 0, respectively . In the factory building and equipment, finished product, testing, its each project does not have a significance difference ; As to raw materials, testing , F is 7.517 (P<0.05), 32.079 (P<0.05 ), respectively. There are significance differences in the coincidence rate of project implementation among the trades, others do not have significant difference.2. The GMP implementation for the beberage production trade in Cixi 2001-2003 to indicate : In three years, lavatory facility, air disinfect facility, daylighting lighting facility in beberage production trade , all project remain the intact state throughout.
