Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Roadside Food Safety Supervision In Yulin City

Diet is the material basis of human.With the development of economic and social,urban residents are willing to go out to eat to enjoy the good life because of gradual diversification of the consumption capacity and life style,the catering industry is also growing fast as the consumer population increases year by year in Yulin City.Meanwhile,with the incerase of productivity and the development of food industry,food consumption pattern is also in a dramatic change,of which,the roadside food plays an important part,on the one hand the roadside food can improve consumers catering model,on the other hand it can solve the employment problem of a large number of low-income urban population and rural migrant workers.However,this kind of food type has its own shortcomings,such as small investment,strong mobility,poor personnel quality,and hard regulation.Roadside food is one of the important forms of eating consumption,strengthening the roadside food safety regulation is very important.At home and abroad a lot of reports concentrate on food safety regulation,but only few of researches concentrate on the food and beverage service safety regulation.Therefore,this research focused on the food safety regulation of small-scale catering units.This article was about food safety regulatory problems on the TaoYuan road of Yulin City.The current situation of the roadsaid food including the unit location,layout and equipment facilities,personnel training and other aspects of health was investigated,and the key controlling points such as raw material receiving,production process of food processing process,disinfection,exist dangers and risks hidden in the roadside food were comprehensively analyzed,and finally,this research gave out suggestions on how to improve food safety,including strengthening government management and guiding the roadside food units to actively participate in it,the introduction of industry association and the consumer watchdog role,and realizing the safety and health of roadside food.
