After reform and open, the NGO of china has obtained large development ,which plays an indispensable role in our society. NGO, as an important political power, acts an important part in the governmental processes of china. This essay combining the western theories of governmental process with the current situation of china does plenty of empirical analysis and theoretical studies to explain concretely the position of NGO of china in the every governmental process and the part. It acts and to point out the shortcoming of NGO in the governmental processes of china and propose some suggestion in the end. This essay is divided into four sections.
