The Study On The Questions And Measures Faced To Build Government Under The Rule Of Law In China

With the implementation of the general plan of running a country in accordance with thelaw of the Communist Party of China, the setting-up of the socialist market economy systemand demand for socialist political civilization construction, if we keep an eye on currentsituation of our country governed by law and important role that government play amongnational politics, economy, and culture life, building the government governed by lawbecomes desirability of present form and future development. The Central Party Committeeand the State Council of the Communist Party of China has put forward the goal which buildthe government governed by law within ten years in good time, and this is importantembodiment of social development and progressive, and structuring the government governedby law becomes important subjects studied of scholars. Because our country lack historicaltradition of" rule by law ", and reflect governed by law idea of people thin, and lose behaviorstandard among national each field in society lives, and low the ability and quality of thegovernment manage the country, control the society with the law, and some other reason ofreality, all of them become important problems which must be faced and solved while webuild government under the rule of law. We must objectively analyze these questions andoffer to consideration for measure, since these are impartment to build government under therule of law.
