The teacher in charge of a class is an important force carrying on ideological and political education to teenager students. However, to some extent, the cognition and the act of this role is incomplete. The author tries to study the role of the class teacher's ideological and political education to the teenager. This thesis is mainly focus on the thought about, and the inner necessity of the causality of the Proposition and the incomplete role on the class teacher in teenager's education of ideology and politics, and the author makes effort to realize and build the operational mode of the role on the class teacher in teenager's education of ideology and politics, and this thesis is offered to the related departments for reference of policy-making. First of all, on the basis of the definition of the ideological and political education, the teenager, the class teacher and the class teacher's ideology and politics role, the class teacher's ideology and politics role in teenager's education is orientated as the persons act as such five kinds of separate roles that are depended on closely as a director, a administrator, a coordination person, a psychological doctor and a researcher, etc. Secondly, the author analyses the present incomplete role of the class teacher who is an educator of ideology and politics of teenager's education in three aspects like role expectance, role cognition and role act. Moreover, the reason of the incomplete role of the class teacher who serves as an educator of ideology and politics in teenager'education is looked into in four aspects of the society, the teenager, the school and the class teacher himself. Finally, tentative ideas of the development road about the class teacher's ideology and politics role in teenager'education are put forward. On one hand, the author thinks that we should strengthen class teachers themselves; On the other hand, the idea of the class teacher's specialized role as an ideology and politics educator for teenager has been put forward. The author points out that the salary should be raised, that scientific management should be strengthened, which includes the class teacher's scientific formulation of evaluating systems, the qualification card system and the system of evaluation of professional titles, that the subject of role theory should be implemented, that the class teacher should receive lifelong training, and that the education means should be modernized, etc. the author tries to probe into these aspects in a plain way.
