Socialist Harmonious Society, As The Threshold In The Study Of People's Livelihood

On "people's livelihood" in our country has always been an old topic. There are written records from the Pre-Qin to the modern times, the situation changes in 2000 for many years, China's lofty ideals of the people of this, the concern of the people's livelihood has never stopped, but unfortunately, they are only put forward the "how" of abstraction, on "specifically how to" to solve the problem was, or did not mention, or mentioned but no action, or the line invalid. The establishment of the Communist Party of China injects an unprecedented vitality into the further development of Chinese history. The Communist Party of China from the date of birth has put"serving the people heart and soul"as the fundamental purpose of it, and unswervingly follow the "mass line," the Chinese people's livelihood has also been full attention in the true sense. At present our country is in a fully implement the scientific development concept, a new period of building a socialist harmonious society, while the rapid development of society is rapidly restructuring, in this context there have been a variety of social problems and social conflicts, and almost all the and development are directly related to people's livelihood. This in turn provoked the scholars, especially Marxists, are actively exploring the issue of people's livelihood. Because the founder of Marxism is to freedom and liberation of all mankind, to human survival and development, which embodies the purpose of human existence, survival status of the concern, and is based on the basis of real-world concerns the reality of human survival and development. Therefore, this article discussed many scholars expect based on the theoretical level and practical level, good way to find a solution to people's livelihood.The domestic people's livelihood and the livelihood of the current research has become a hot issue, more and more scholars began to focus people's livelihood and to study the people's livelihood. This paper will provide a historical, theoretical and practical analysis of three levels of sort of a socialist harmonious society, people's livelihood, and seek the path of solving the livelihood problems. This paper is divided into four parts, the first part, discusses the basic concepts of people's livelihood and the livelihood, and from the level of historical materialism and dialectical materialism to analyze the philosophical foundation for people's livelihood. The second part focuses on the basic meaning of a socialist harmonious society, and the relationship between people's livelihood and harmonious society. This part will be to clarify the people's livelihood is a party and the country's key issues, and tell us settling people's livelihood is the requirements of building socialism with Chinese characteristics, is the key to building a harmonious society. The third part, based on the current status of the people's livelihood and the analysis of the origin of it, we will actively seek the policy approaches to solve the livelihood problems, and from the theoretical and practical level to explore, respectively. In the last part, we analyze the significance of improving and solving the livelihood problems to building the socialist harmonious society.
