The Youth Satisfaction Measurement Based On The Communist Youth League's Work In Xiangtan County Level And Promoting Measures

The communist youth league of County Level,Refers to the county or county (city),the District Communist Youth League organizations, the functions carried out according to their own work, not including the businesses which is no connection with functions.the communist youth league of Xiangtan County Level Mentioned in this article,is according to administrative divisions,namely, Xiangtan County, Xiangxiang City, Shaoshan City, Yu Hu District, Yue Tangqu the work carried out by the Communist Youth League.namely Xiangtan county,Xiangxiang city,Shaoshan city,yuhu prefecture,Yuetang prefecture carried out the Communist Youth League'work.Chapter I analyzed the background,resource and reviewed the research results of domestic and foreign the Satisfaction measurement of public sector which was falling through the strategy management of sustainable development, proposed research of ideas,methods, content and possible innovation.Chapterâ…¡based on these theory which are the connotation, the inscape,and the Modeling of the communist youth league'work Satisfaction measurement, From the following five dimensions:youth organizations,youth education,youth development, safeguarding,image performance to establish the the system of indicators.
