The Analysis On The Development And Improvement Of People's Mediation System

Growing under China's special national condition and cultural tradition, People's Mediation System is getting to be an effective manner to resolve the disputes in construction of harmonious society. However, in the development, the system should be operated under the rule of law: the system should solve its own existence problems, such as legal mechanisms, effectiveness function, and mechanism security; the system should be beneficial to perfect the entity and systemic protection for procedures of People's Mediation, promoting its law-based and standardized operation; the system should be beneficial to enhance the construction of the mediation fellowship, improve the quality of mediation, and strengthen their credibility; the system should also be beneficial to push forward the reasonable connection, proper integration and effective interaction between Judicial Mediation and People's Mediation, fully fulfilling its historical mission which is to promote the construction of the harmonious society and legal country.
