| The law sets that the case of labor dispute must be arbitrated by preceding procedur. In trial practice, the claim of action that is applied by the plaintiff who has a dispute is joi nder of actions. However, the items of the choice may not be arbitrated. The court always ignores and violates the plaintiff's right of joinder of actions in the process of examinatio n. The study intends to represent how to apply the choice of joinder of actions by the plai ntiff of labor dispute and how to solve the issue by the people's court. |
