From individual phenomenon in ancient society to universal existence in modern society, the labor relations and the legal adjustments of disputes have its characteristics in different historical periods. Today, different countries have different systems of labor dispute solution based on different social realities and legal traditions. The labor legislation of our country starts relatively later and develops in a tortuous way, and the Socialist Market Economy System is not perfect, so in order to reform and perfect our system of labor dispute solution, we should draw lessons from successful experiences of other countries and fully consider our national reality and historical tradition. Finally, we should establish a kind of labor relation adjustment mechanism in which the consultative mechanism is the center and the government authority is the basis, so we can lay solid foundation of law to construct harmonious labor relations. |
