With the profound transformation of the market economy, the factors influencing labor relation are becoming more and more complex, and the gross of labor dispute cases continues to increase, so it causes passive to the development of enterprise and the harmonious society.In the process of the labor dispute handling, it will take much time and money, the amount of the collectivity labor dispute grows rapid and large, the labor dispute becomes so complex, the proportion of the labor arbitration turns large, etc. The reason of these phenomena is one for the limitation of our country labor dispute handling system, and the other is for the question of the management of the enterprise, so it is popular to the academe and the society how to resolve these problems. If they are resolved well, the process of the innovation of labor law system will become rapid, and it will reduce the labor dispute and promote the progress of the harmonious society.This paper analyses mostly how to innovate the labor dispute handling system, how to handle the enterprise labor management and how to handle labor dispute precaution. In these base of the analysis,I advance some countermeasures and suggestions, so this paper will have some reference for the enterprise labor dispute handling and precaution.Firstly, characteristics between labor connection, labor contract and labor dispute are analyzed, and they are connection with each other in the conclusion. Secondly this paper analyzes the actuality on the labor dispute cases, and conclude the reason is mostly for the building of the labor law lagging behind the progress of the labor relation, for the imbalance of the right and the obligation of the labor relation, for the unfit labor market system, for the activity of the government, for the lack of of self-accommodated systems in the enterprise, and for the lack of consciousness of contract and law between employees and employers, etc. And describing on our country labor dispute handling system, then this paper bring forward some suggestions on how to perfect labor dispute handling system, for example adjusting the relation between arbitration and judgement.The cases of labor dispute grows so rapidly and replax in recent years, these brings some negative influence on the development of economy and society, so it is important to handle labor dispute in time and effectively. Finally this paper refer to some suggestions how to prevent labor dispute, for instance depending on government and labor union supervising, enterprise take some measures to precaution, and strengthen moral building of employee occupation etc.
