AS a method of financial settlement, letter of credit (L/C) is well used in international trade. However, the complexity of L/C itself and independent character that drifted away from basic contract, which make it more serious for risk precaution and financial management. Many crime members deceive letter of credit to see as the most perfect commit crime. The definite amount of fraud on L/C is large, the harmfulness is serious and the lesson is profound. Therefore, it's necessary to make a deep discussion about the construction, identification and the difference of fraud on L/C. The author give a lot of legislation suggestion about commits fraud by means of a letter of credit based on the difficulty and complicated case injustice.This dissertation has six chapters.The first chapter is credit fraud of theoretical definition. International penalty light punishment affect China credit fraud set, the author thinks that the punishment of death shall be abolished as credit fraud.
