These recent years, with the deepening of China's economic system reform, the rising of international oil prices, crimes in oil always keep high and show new development tendency. this situation is worth of our concerning and thinking. In this paper the writer applied cases of crimes in oil in dongying, analysing from the Angle of economic benefits, in order to make a hit, prevention and control in oil crime proposed own view, for reference.This paper includes three parts:preface, mian text, and the conclusion, with about thirty thousand words. The preface part overviews the significance of crime in oil, analyzes the situation of crime in oil in China, and clarify research methods and basis of the paper. The Text part includes four small parts. the first part is the definition of the crime of oil. This section describes the occurrence, development of crime in oil in Dongying, clarifying the connotation of crime in oil. The second part is the basic situation and characteristics of crime in oil of dongying city. This part selects some crime in oil happened in Dongying between 2005-2009 in oil as example, through the analyzing basic situation,subject characteristics and behavioral characteristics of crime in oil of Dongying in detail. The third part is the causes of crime in oil of Dongying focus on the analysis of economic benefitial reasons. In this part, the writer deeply analyzes the source of crime in oil of dongying-economic interests, from the aspect of relationship between economic interests and crime in oil, macro economic interest conflicts and micro economic interests inducement.this part clears the contradiction between central government, local governments and the petroleum enterprise in economic benefits in oil, reveals the deep reasons of crime in oil. The fourth part is the measures to prevent and control crime in oil-focus on the aspcet of economic interest coordination. This part breaks through traditional point. According to the traditional production characteristics, from the aspect of economic interest coordination between of the central and local petroleum enterprises and to establish the local and central common interests, coming to harmonious relationship between workers and peasants to prevent crime in oil. In the conclusion part, the writer reiterated earlier view, that is:economic interest is the root causes of crimes in oil. Measure to prevent and control crime in oil must be through coordination of economic benefits.
