A Study On Rural Society Governance Basing On The Culture Angle

Agriculture is the foundation of our economic development, and the farmer is the largest main political groups in China. The situation of our country determines the importance of rural issues study.So this article has certain practical value. As the development of the market economy, verious social problems of rural social began to highlight,for example,vote-buying and disorderedstate.And all the problems show us some characteristics.In order to solve the problem,we have to study the characteristic and analyze the causes of these problems.The purpose of this passage is to search the new solution in the cultural insights.The foundation of this article is the culture conflict theory and the fact of rural community foundation changing.In the viewpoint of culture,this article investigate the problems,and analyse the cause of the problems.In the end,combining with the Governance and Meta governance theory ,the article puts forward some suggestions.
