Research On The Government's "coordinated" Centralized Power From The Perspective Of Meta-governanc

After the "Government Failure" and "Market Failure",governance theory become the international hot research topic.The rise of governance theory,changed the traditional mode of public administration,began to advocate the multiplicity of the governance body.In China,many scholars build governance theory with China's modern country,closely linked with political and administrative system reform are discussed.Governance as a new paradigm of public affairs,for whatever angle on the interpretation,the operation of power interactivity,governance body diversity,and rely on social networks become the difference with other important features of the theory of public administration.However,there is no one model can be immortal,as government failure and market failure,the crisis of civil society is faced with failure,and governance theory itself also has the deficiencies and disadvantages,this will trigger a new discussion on the revision.At present,the academia has different theories to improve the governance theory,the theory of "meta governance" as for the management of "governance" this concept,caused wide attention.However,we also want to think,foreign popular theory,will be copied to the practice of China's public affairs?Based on these two thinking,this article will combine "meta governance" theory and the functions of the government and other related theory,puts forward the concept of " Coordination " Centralization,will the government as the main research object,explores its localization in China of the governance environment,its functions and how to use power.The paper composed of five chapters,the first chapter is the introduction.The second chapter for related theoretical basis.The third chapter is the main part of the article,mainly through the grounded theory approach,using grounded theory research paradigm of three-level coding to " Coordination " Centralized.For the dimensions of summed up the interpretation.Chapter four as the research object of supplement of the " Coordination " Centralized.The fifth chapter is conclusion,including the summary,as well as the possibility for the development direction of future research and expectations.
