Ideological and political education is a practice with which the Chinese Communist Party teaches the people, improves the people ideological and ethical standards and mobilize the people to build socialism with chinese characteristics. Ideological and political education has important values, including two basic aspects :social value and humanism value (personal value).The object of the ideological and political education are people and people are the starting point and underpinning point of all work of the ideological and political education.So, the study of humanism value and realization of ideological and political education has very important academic sense. At the same time,with the development and progress of our economic and society,the requirments of our society to people are improving. The study of humanism value and realization of ideological and political education has very important realistic sense to enhance personal qualities, promote the overall development of the people and build the socialistic harmonious society.This article makes some academic study at the beginning to the humanism value of ideological and political education,aiming at a more intensive and comprehensive acquaintance to it and a academic foreshadowing to realising the humanism value of ideological and political education.This article consists of three parts,inquire into the humanism value of ideological and political education ,reflection of the humanism value of ideological and political education and the realization of the humanism value of ideological and political education,hoping to be helpful to the study of the humanism value of ideological and political education.The first part discusses the humanism value of ideological and political education,mainly including the basic concepts of the humanism value of ideological and political education,the characteristics of the humanism value of ideological and political education and the important sense of realising the humanism value of ideological and political education.The second part discusses the reflection of the humanism value of ideological and political education.It consists of four parts: to develop individual irrational factors, to develop individual rational capability, to mold the individual personality and subjectivity and to develope individual happiness.The third part discusses the realization of the humanism value of ideological and political education.It expands from three respects : set up individual acts of faith in the social norm,so as to develop individual irrational factors, to develop individual rational capability;nurture a society in which everyboby act by itsele and to mold the individual personality and subjectivity; develope individual happiness.
