Study On The National Security Review Of Foreign Acquisition

At the background of economic globalization, the increasing foreign M&A activities have posed a severe challenge to the national security. Foreign capitals use their advantages to control Chinese industry, limit the development of domestic enterprises, the national security problems has high-lighted by every part of society. With the "People's republic of china anti-monopoly law'"s publish, how to build a system for National Security Review of Foreign Acquisition (NSRFA) has become an urgent problem for our country.
