The Study Of Ideological Political Work Of Chinese Enterprise

This paper analysts private enterprise and its ideological political work actuality seriously,illustrates the situation of ideological political work of all kinds of members in private enterprise,tries to find the problems,and explains the specific reasons. I construct the system of private enterprise ideological political work on the base of system of general ideological political work,which includes the connotation ,object,target,content,means,system,station and function of private enterprise ideological political work. Returning to practice after studying the theory,this article introduces how to enforce the private enterprise ideological political work with internal and external factors. I not only educate the people including the owners of private enterprise,board,board of supervisors,handlers,salesmen,workers,but also educate by specific platform containing making use of the community organization and enterprise culture. I study the environment of private enterprise too,make the party committee,government,united front departments,association of industry and commerce,the department of administration for industry and commerce,the union of private enterprise and working committee of industrial park to promote the private enterprise ideological political work and make progress each others. Therefore the private enterprise can develop itself and the economics society of our country, and make contributions with our harmony society.
