Study Of Ideological And Political Work Of Chinese Private Enterprise

Chinese private enterprises are the product of market economy during the primary stage of socialism .The ideological and political work can provide spiritual power and ideological guarantee for the development of private enterprises. Strengthening the ideological and political work of private enterprises ,is not only the need of consolidating our basic economic system and enlarging the mass foundation of our Party ,but also the need of improving the backward present conditions and assuring their healthy development .Thus ,how to strengthen the ideological and political work of private enterprises is an important problem under the new history situations.On the basis of our Party's s policies and the present conditions of Chinese private enterprises ,this article makes all-round investigations and deep-going study for the ideological and political work of Chinese private enterprises.First, this thesis generally introduces the background ,the necessity and the function of ideological and political work in private enterprises .Then , the thesis analyze the present conditions on the ideological and political work of Chinese private enterprises ,it also points out the reasons of the problems . Next ,this thesis builds a grand environment consisted of outside leading environment and inside organizing environment . Last ,this thesis separately elaborates the methods that are aimed to both private enterprisers and the private employees : the way of political guide and carrier constructon should be implemented to the former ; the way of education and training should be implemented to the latter.
